The AFC Beats The NFC In The 2019 Pro Bowl

Earlier today, the 2019 Pro Bowl took place in the Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida. The Pro Bowl is an all-star game where some of the best players in the NFL play against each other. The players' teams are decided by the conference they're in. The Pro Bowl takes place annually around a week before the super bowl. Some athletes who competed in this year’s Pro Bowl for the AFC are Patrick Mahomes, Philip Rivers, Melvin Gorden, Keenan Allen, Antonio Brown, Tyreek Hill, Ju-Ju Smith-Schuster, Tom Brady, Andrew Luck, Deshaun Watson, J.J. Watt, Von Miller, T.J. Watt, and many others. Athletes who competed for the NFC consist of Julio Jones, Tyron Smith, Drew Brees, Jared Goff, Aaron Rogers, Russell Wilson, Dak Prescot, Ezekiel Elliott, and many others. There were many notable plays in the game. The first one being Mike Evan’s interception. Desean Watson, the AFC's quarterback, threw an interception to Mike Evans and a couple laterals later, the play ended. Next, Jalen Ramsey caught a receiving touchdown. Jalen lined up on the left side of the field, then he took a right slant and was wide open when he caught the football. Lastly, Xavien Howard caught an interception. Dak Prescott was rushed to make a pass and Xavien Howard made the catch. Xavien Howard was tied for most interceptions in the NFL. Also, running back Ezekiel Elliott was playing defense! He swapped jersey’s with DeMarcus Lawrence in practice, so it made sense when he started rushing the practice. Concerning the game and the score, the AFC had taken the lead earlier then kept it all game. The first score of the game was when Eric Ebron walked into the endzone to make it 7-0 with the AFC leading. Then, Anthony Sherman pushed the ball into the endzone in the second quarter, making it 14-0. The AFC then kicked a 31-yard field goal to extend their lead to 17-0. The AFC made another field goal to increase their lead to 20. Later, the NFC scored their first points of the game with Austin Hooper getting a touchdown and making the score 20-7. The AFC then scored yet another touchdown and made the score 26-7.
